Shipping policy

We fulfill orders within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. Customers may use their preferred shipping courier or the one provided by BMCV Wholesale. BMCV strongly recommends purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged shipments once they are with the courier. Any issues with missing or damaged products must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt. If we do not receive an inquiry within this period, the shipment will be considered complete and accepted.
